Return/Refund/Exchange Policy
All return, refund, or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Email info@elpekb.com with your order number, reason, and photos (if applicable).
If the issue is Elpē’s fault (wrong item, size, or damaged), a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
If the issue is not Elpē's fault (wrong item ordered, size, or color), you will receive store credit only—no exceptions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless Elpē is at fault. Once we receive the item, we will process the exchange, issue store credit, or process a refund within 5–7 business days if the fault is ours.
It is the customer’s responsibility to read and understand our store policies.
